The Flying Stag
Traditionally the heart of the village, The Flying Stag is the hotel’s public bar. Frequented by residents and visitors alike, the public bar offers classic Scottish dishes, real ales, and live entertainment.
The Clunie Dining Room
Taking its name from the River Clunie, which runs past the hotel, The Clunie Dining Room showcases wood-fire cooking and seasonal Scottish produce in a striking room painted by artist, Guillermo Kuitca.
Bertie’s Bar
Nothing at The Fife Arms is to be expected – and this is true of our latest reveal: ‘Bertie’s Whisky Bar’, inspired by Queen Victoria’s hedonistic heir, King Edward VII. With 365 whiskies to discover, unusually arranged by flavour profile: Fragrant, Fruity, Rich and Smoky.
Elsa’s
This beautiful art deco cocktail bar has been created in honour of the iconic fashion designer, Elsa Schiaparelli, who was a regular visitor to Braemar. With an interior inspired by her love of shocking pink, Elsa’s is the perfect place for a pre-dinner aperitif or a post-dinner nightcap.
Fondue Hut
Until the end of March our Fog House will be reimagined into a traditional Swiss fondue hut overlooking the magical courtyard.
